How to Download Dependencies from the Auran Download Station
Please note that in-order to have access to the Auran DLS you must have:
- A Registered copy of Trainz 2009 or newer
- And/or a First Class ticket
A dependency is an asset that is required for another asset to function properly.
When downloading a file from a third party website, not all dependencies are included. Usually the content creator packages all of his/her dependencies with the model; however, some dependencies are not able to be redistributed with the model. This tutorial covers how to download those dependencies that are located on the Auran DLS.
1.Launch Trainz, then Click content manager
2. Content Manager shall appear
3. Click the "Missing Dependencies" tab
4. Navigate to Asset in question. Right click the Asset, and click Download.
5. Trainz is now downloading all available files from the Auran DLS
6. Congratulations, Your content should be ready to go once the downloads complete.
