I just tried out the blue coaches, but only put them in surveyor, because when I opened the properties window, I found one simple con that can easily be fixed: no queue for passengers.
OK, I know this doesn't sound like a big deal, but Trainz has improved and more stuff can be done now. Out of curiosity, why is it that your coaches aren't able to carry passengers?

Your Right, trainz has improved and more can be done. But all of that "more" you speak of is used up in the details. I guarentee that if I put the source mesh and stats up on the forums over at auran they would rage at the "rules" that trainz modelers are supposed to follow. All that extra detailing takes more cpu and gpu computation and some aspects have to be sacrificed somewhere or else you get somthing that brings trainz to its knees. Ill admit that part of it is laziness because I dont want to script the people in, and two it implies that I have to add an interior or else you get passengers sitting on air, and more detail = higher polycount = worse performance in trainz.

Actually, adding attachments doesn't really have to be done, I mean, look at Camscott's Annie and Clarabel: they can carry passengers, but don't have an interior or meshes. for passengers: just a queue. I'm not saying you did bad, but if you consider putting giving your next set of coaches a queue for passengers, please keep this in mind.

Look mate, Ive been working from Noon to 3am since last this past Thursday trying to get everything perfect for my christmas releases and am still not done. Ive only managed to do half of what I had planned. Simply put the passengers will likely never see the light of day with my models until trainz a new era comes out.

Been having a wee bit of trouble with the forum over the last couple days and have been unable to log in. After working with support, we seem to have sorted everything out. For those that have not followed the SI3D forums, heres a quick recap: Keep an eye out for more.
